Hypnotic Theatre
Hypnotic Theatre is an 18+ VRChat community group that specializes in something unusual: a hypnotist
who hypnotizes an entire group at once, live, with weekly events.
We started life as Group Drop - a small gathering where people came to, well, get dropped. Over
ten months it grew from a handful of friends into the crowd you'll find today, with socials, comedy
nights, cinema showings, and stage hypnosis all sharing the same stage. The name became the bottleneck:
"Group Drop" said what we did in one room, but not why we'd run a Friday Jamboree or a movie night. So we
renamed to Hypnotic Theatre - same events, same mission, same motto - just framed in a way
that finally makes sense. Jubilees, comedy shows, cinema: of course a theatre has those.
Whether you're part of the audience or stepping onto the stage, the invitation is the same one we've
always given: come chat & chill, or think or sink.
